Does membership give me access to every property?

We recommend properties individually, based on your requirements and the seller’s instructions. There is no complete catalogue open to all members. You may need to agree to confidentiality terms before receiving detailed information.

Is there a minimum investment budget?

We consider your preferred locations, the property itself, your budget and your investment goals, rather than using a single price threshold.

What fees should I expect?

We explain the membership terms and fees before you register. Any brokerage fees and charges for additional services you request are also explained in advance.

Can you help if I live overseas?Yes. Consultations are available in Japanese, English and Chinese. Select your preferred language when you contact us. For financing, tax or legal questions, we may recommend consulting an appropriate specialist.
